Vicki Wehmeyer and Her Ignatian Experience
Vicki Wehmeyer, the author of "An Ignatian Experience," and the founder of Sustainable Faith's School of Ignatian Studies, passed away on January 8, 2024 due to cancer and its complications.
Vicki was a beloved teacher and mentor to many in the School of Spiritual Direction, and it was her wish since the beginning that 100% of the proceeds of "An Ignatian Experience" go towards scholarships for Sustainable Faith students. Both the handbook and the scholarships are legacies that will live on long after Vicki's passing, along with the many directors and teachers she trained and nurtured. And each person who journeys through Vicki's version of the 18th Exercises will come to know her in the gentle, wise, discerning spirit of her work.
